cheap holiday let in London Baywater?

Does anyone know of a cheap holiday let (self catering apartment) just after X'mas to beginning of Jan 2010? Preferably in Bayswater. I note there are some for double studio near Gloucester Road tube station in Earls Court for 360 pounds sterling but it requires swift transfer of full rental (I am not comfortable with that). Any advice will help.
