The ESF thread was removed due to the posting of unsubstantiated allegations against an employee of the school.
Before the knives come out, I would note that a major website was recently forced to divulge details of someone who posted defamatory comments about an individual - keep in mind, although we do not necessarily have any personal details of members you are not invisible... if a court of law orders that we release the IP address of someone who has made a false statement, the authorities can quite easily track the IP to a specific computer...
Further, as we are the publisher of these comments, there is nothing from stopping a third party from suing us - I have no interest in sitting in court and paying lawyers 3k/hr so please refer to our rules before posting
