Hi
I know it can't be that time already...! I am trying to think of a unique gift to give my family, We all live in Hong Kong and have done so for a number of years, so seen, given and recieved all the normal stanley market gifts etc! I am trying to think of somethng really unique and personal to us, some sort of keepsake. Thanks

photobook, record your own cd (each family member singing, group songs etc)

plan a big night out in Wanchai, ask a 'mate' (if u have one) to record the whole sordid thing on video, including all the witty conversations, the funny jokes, drunk obnoxious behaviour etc., edit it and put it on a disc. Not only will it be a hilarious movie, it will also be a historic document for yourself for many years to come.

You have NO idea what it looks like to see yourself on video when you are seriously p++++d. Serious.

If looking for a keepsake we always give The Taipan (series on DVD) as a gift to friends when they leave HK. Here is the speal... Tai-Pan is a novel written by James Clavell about European and American traders who move into Hong Kong in 1841 following the end of the first Opium War. It is the second book in Clavell's "Asian Saga". Is a great watch & funny to see HK the way it looked 30 years ago
