I posted a thread on this yesterday which seems to have disappeared. Goodness knows which of Ed's whimsical and ephemeral sensitivities it offended. Anyway, here is attempt No2: I have a friend involved in a legal project in Taiwan. I am looking for a journalist/researcher who is interested the history of WW11, the role of the CIA (or its alter ego: Western Enterprise) in China in the early 1950's and dealings between the CIA and the Taiwan government at that time. I need someone who knows how to get at information - especially CIA stuff (perhaps in the Library of Congress). There is an excellent story here for someone with a nose to sniff it out. Need someone fluent in Mandarin but with good English. Apart from that, anyone got any contacts with CNN in HK or Taiwan? Pl PM me.
