How cheap is cheap?
I go to Winguide 12/F Island Beverley across from Sogo. Under $300 for poly cotton. $375+ for 100% cotton. Lots of different whites and blues. Conservative stripes. You won't get a lot of the colourful British checks here. For that you need to pay a bit more at places like Oscar in the Galleria or top end like Ascot Chang in Prince's Bldg.

My personal experience...
After trying several cheaper options and others not so cheap, and getting shirts made with suits etc I found I was never completely satisfied with the shirts. Believe it or not I ended up buying all my shirts at M&S where the shorter-sleeve version was a total satisfaction and a lot less hassle.
