Level of stress at work

Do most people find working in Hk stressful. Is there a lot of pressure here, more so than usual when living in their own countries? I have heard some ppl complaining, wonder how ppl feel?

I ve lived and worked in both europe and here.. DOn t find it any different.

I find life less stressful in HK than where I lived in the UK ten years ago. I work here and though I don't earn a huge salary, have domestic help or masses of expat benefits I just find the quality of life is better.

My wife finds the work about the same in HK, London, NY. However here in HK we have a helper, which actually alleviates a lot of stress. At work she works. At home she can relax, spend quality time with the kids and so forth, instead of having to do household stuff.

Just like Thames, we find our quality of life as a whole to be much higher in HK.

Top rate of tax 17% (HK) Top rate of tax 40% (U.K.), I think a slight increase in pressure can be swallowed.

Well put sleepnaked. There is, though, that slight increase in rent/sq.ft. ;)
