Cut & Sharp in Wanchai (opposite the Post Office/McDonalds). Ask for Chris. $220 for a good haircut, shampoo & head massage.

My husband (from UK) finally found a decent one in Mandarin Oriental Hotel (Old one). Hairdresser called Rudi. Costs HK$480 including shampoo and drying.
