Tailor made wooden or aluminium blinds - how much?

Hi would anyone know if you can have wooden or aluminium blinds tailor made either in HK or Shenzhen and where is better? How much do they cost???? Please can you let me know if you have any recommendations?

J's Curtain Shop: 28664579. They do wood blinds and curtain. Don't know anout aluminum. We paid around 4000 for 5 meters wide, medium thickness.
