Once out of the tunnel, stay right and go towards Aberdeen (signed). Soon after you will take a left. Clearly signed Ocean Park if memory serves.

I wouldn't call Ocean Park a Haute Cuisine location... Think "Big Mac" and some restaurants.... serving Chinese & English meals & beer.....
As for parking - it depends on :
1) How early you arrive.
2) What day of the week it is.
There's parking for a lot of cars but sometimes it is directed to an overflow area.
Parking is FREE - if you have an annual pass - and free admission goes with it too.
Me? I get free parking & my husband is so ancient that he gets free admission to the park anyway.

Agreed with the rest. I wouldn't go to Ocean Park for the food. We normally bring a picnic.
If you go more than twice in one year, get the annual pass.
Go early. We almost always get there just before they open and leave before 1230. We'll do 2-4 things then leave. Then again we live only 15 minutes away.
If you're going to the Headland parts, start by taking the Ocean Express or the cable car. You'll avoid the lines that form later. Go for the pandas at the end on your way out.

parking is NOT free if you have an annual pass (we have 3 passes)... it is $25 off the regular price.
don't ever recall beer or wine, but as we drink neither could be wrong on that.

On one occasion we received coupon books with our annual passes. These contained 2 free parking coupons each.
