Is there a way to file this electronically? TurboTax doesn't accomodate NR, and I don't want to pay an accountant in the US. Thanks

TurboTax should be enough.
I've used it for the last 10 years.
It is a bit tricky finding the starting points for the Form 1116 and 2555 for the first time. It is very easy to skip over them. (the interview process is not designed for overseas filers.)
and the interview process for the form 1116 can be confusing. (easy to duplicate income.)
You can file electronically. or you can print out the forms and post them.

But if you look on the help for Turbo Tax it specifically states it doesn't do 1040 NR (non resident alien)

Do not have to use the 1040 NR.
File the regular 1040 (full version), with form 2555, and form 1116
I always used the mid-priced Turbo Tax Professional, which can handle foreign tax.
Not sure if the basic version can do it.
Do not need the most expensive Turbo Tax Premium unless you run your own business.
