Hi, if you live in Sai Kung I have a question for those who don't mind answering.
I am exploring the idea of opening a boutique coffee Roastery/espresso bar/cafe in Sai Kung.
Something like what you would find in Soho London, Surry Hills Sydney, Melbourne Australia, Brooklyn New York etc, not to be idealistic about those areas but just to give you an idea. Espresso based coffees, some other brewing methods, retail beans, modern breakfast, lunch. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, well trained barista.
If I did so would you give it a try?

I can't think of too many good breakfast places in HK so that angle works...
