Tax - when and how much

Hi,

My wife and I have recently moved to HK from South Africa.

How does the tax work here - my HR department have been a little vague. Do you pay every month or a lump sum at the end of the year.

Also, does anyone have a good tax consultant - I'd much rather have someone else do it all for me!

If your only income from HK is your salary (no stock options, etc), you can handle it your own.
