Could anyone tell me about your current or recent experience renting at Le Point, Ocean Shore , Metro Town and The Wings? Which one has a good size living/dinning room combo and a king size master bedroom? Thanks!

I live in metrotown... The ride would depend on what square footage you can afford. We have something in the 900 sq ft range and the bedroom is kong size. I'd say the living room size is ok.

The advantage of metrotown is that it's right on top of Tiu Keng Keng Mtr and the start of the green line. I find it very convenient and like the area in general. It's particularly nice if you have kids.

Thanks Charmainec for your reply. We do have kids so we would want to live in a complex with nice clubhouse, pool and playground. Looking for 3 beds 2 baths around 1000 sqft net size. Close to MTR is preferred.
