We have recently moved from India and have a Queen Size bed with a platform that will not fit into our guest bedroom. I am looking for a carpenter who would be able to remove the platform, thus reducing the bed size by ~10 inches and helping it fit into the room.

Does anyone have any good carpenter contacts? We are located at Mid-levels.
