Does anyone know where I can buy 16g threaded CO2 canisters that are food grade? I need them for dispensing beer from kegs.

It's the gas that needs to food grade, rather than industrial grade. Try Hong Kong Oxygen, but I think they will only rent the filled bottle. I assume you'll need it to be refilled once empty, so renting would be best unless you have a large CO2 bottle and refill kit
