Hoist up freezer G/F > 2/F?

I need lifting up service from G/F to 2/F village house balcony for a new freezer that is too big to carry up the staircase. Carton size is W 94cm x D 85cm x H 192cm and weight ~ 117kg. I've had no luck with the moving companies I've contacted, including "traditional" ones and those specializing in piano moving. One place refused the job as too high risk because there is no "G" point on the roof top - I tried to ask what that is but got no explanation... Anybody know who could help me?

I tried roman who used a pully to bring up a washing machine , might help - you can find him on 64326520 , does all moving and dumping work as well . good luck
