Bed Alterations - Wooden board

Looking for a handyman that can help.

We are moving to a tiny shoebox with a built-in bed base, but the base's mattress space is very awkward. It is too small for a queen mattress and too big for a double mattress.

Our solution is to fill the space and place a wooden board across the hole so that we can just put out mattress on top.

Any recommendations of a handyman who can custom cut a board like this?
