Looking for suggestions on how to find english speaking workers with very basic IT skills for 1 day to 1 month at a time, sometimes at short notice, and completely legal. All suggestions much appreciated.

It is basic ITwork: moving/connecting computers and apparatus, maybe basic software installation and switching on computers or accesories for users. Will be slightly different each time. Ideally I am looking for an organisation who could be a longer term partner in providing such a service so that I do not need to look for people each time this need arises.
