Closing laundry room in Bel-Air Phase 1/2

Dear All, I recently visited several apartment Phase 1 or 2 in Bel-Air - but most of the laundry rooms (between the kitchen and the helper room) are opened. I would like to install glass doors to close this room. Any idea how much it costs (roughly) and who to address for it?
