Walk around the area.
Maybe check out places like Olympic Station too... it is not far.
What do you need sizewise, and what is your budget?
If you want to get and idea of prices, get a handout from Centaline, or Ricacorp

We have a 19k housing allowance. And would want to try and stick to that.
Then as long as we have at least 1 bedrrom (not a studio) we'd be happy.

Planning on walkigg around but if we could have a heads up on some buildings/areas etc, it will save us some time.
Thanks for the reply!

Budget? Size?
Hard to suggest anything without that?

I cut my housing expense in half last year by downsizing.
At my present budget, I have different expectations

Ideally under 20k. And atleast one bedroom.

That's do-able in many buildings

Check out: The Long Beach, near Olympic station. I used to live there
Not long ago, you could get a 550sf Two Bedroom, for about 20k, and up
The amenities are great.

ParkAvenue/ Central Park, Island Harbourview, or Harborgreen, might work too
