I currently bank with Hang Seng. Honestly the e-banking sucks.
For example, I'm used to with my other banks abroad, when I make a transfer I can make a note to myself on what the transaction is for. With Hang Seng, I can only see a bunch of gibberish codes and bank account numbers.
What's it like at Citibank? HSBC?
