I bought some at Gateway in Sheung Wan a few months ago. They come in packs of 4.

I went to Gateway last week. I didn't see any bleach pens this time, but items tend to come and go quickly there. I haven't seen the Tide To Go here, but used one in the states and they are really good. If anyone has seen them in HK let us know. Thanks.
