Furniture paint job - by who?

I have a bookshelf that I would like to have sanded and painted with a base coat and then white color. Would do it myself but due to limited space I´ll outsource this job.

Does anybody know of a painter/ handyman that would pick this up and do this for a reasonable amount?

Bookshelf measurements:
Height 205cm
Width 20cm
Depth 22cm
