I know there is a list of carpet/rug cleaners. But I would like to here actual recommendations from people that have used a company. As I used one a while back on a rug we bought in Moracoo and the cleaners ruined it.

Pacific Cleaners- they've been around for a long time. I've used them myself, not the cheapest but they do a good job.
