I am looking for a contractor to do basic jobs like demolition of partitions, kitchen, washroom. installing new flooring and new partitions, painting the interior and extrior, assembling new toilet/ sinks etc. Pls recommend someone economical and reliable as I need the job to be done in no more than 4 weeks.

I have did similar jobs last year, plus some funishings and they did pretty well and price reasonable. My apartment is about 760 feets, so it took longer than 2 and half months. But I bet if less complicated work, it will take around 4-6 weeks. Check out metroloft . Good luck in renovation.
