The thought of moving to HK grows when my company offers me a senior position at Hong Kong branch. I am now thoughtfully considering this offer with lots of ideas popping up in my mind: Is HK a fine place to live? Is the cost of living very high in HK? And of course, are there any entertainment events for foreigner??

Thanks for the info!! What about the entertainment? Is it true that HK people only do shopping or football watching, but really no cultural events, like watching a musical performance is too rare for them??

Well, HK people do like watching football matches and shopping, but they also would go to the theatre, like recently there's a performance called the Sound of Music, the tickets are selling so quickly that some of the dates are sold out already

I was born and raised in HK, all I can say is there are a wide range of entertainment events for both the local and foreigners, no need to worry about it :)

the cost of living is high , and rent cost you the most
