Outdoor Furniture/ Second Hand Goods/ Salvaged Wood

Hi,

I have recently moved in to a new flat which comes with a nice 100 sq ft terrace. I currently don't have any furniture to fill and hoping to do so on a budget.

I have not been able to find any information on used furniture warehouses/outlet. Any advice? Of course have checked the usual online forums asiaxpat/geoexpat/kijiji

Also any recommendation for somewhere to get salvaged wood? Old solid wood doors, railway sleepers etc. Not sure if such a thing exists on HK? Maybe Shenzhen? I'm interested to find a good slab of salvaged wood to turn in to a nice dining table for the terrace. Can do the work in refurbishing and treating the wood myself. Could get legs fabricated at one of the many metalwork shops around HK.

Any advice would be great.
