Best regular travel option to international airport

I have a new job at the airport. I want to reduce commute times and costs but also have access to Kowloon Hong Island for socialising.

Its a 9 - 6 Monday to friday job. I've been comparing train and bus options. I've been told Tung Chung is close to the airport and has amenties and shopping. Not sure what else is in the area. Its looks like commute times by bus can be about 1 tour to say Central. Are there ferries that go to Tung Chung from Central. Is this faster / cheaper than by bus. the air express train is fast but extensive for regular use. Is anothere option maybe train from central and then switch to a bus closer to Lantau island.

Any advise is appreciated. Ideally I want to commute about up to 35 minutes one way from CENTRAL if possble
