Help... Need a Bike fit service

just brought a bike over from UK and first time out my neck and shoulders are killing me i think it need to get a bike fit does anyone know if anywhere out Shatin/Fotan offers a service or is it on on the Island?

my bike is bicycle, peddle powered. a bike fit is when the seat, handle bars and riding position are reviewed and adjusted to give to the best riding position. it is something i have had doen in England and it makes a huge difference on long rides.

you should check out Bike Energy Lab, although its a bit far out in DB. But very good indeed, lots of ironman athletes and cyclists get fitted there

Otherwise, sky blue in Sheung Wan is also an option
