there is no correct formula or "frequency' why should there be?? Both of you should decide tat based on your feelings for one another and time committments.

if they both work on weekends,
then it would be dating on weekdays...
schedule should be flexible, also it is all about supply and demand.

whenever... wherever... no rules just what feels right at the time... you do not need a schedule nor secretary you just need to make the time for one another... and enjoy and appreciate every moment of it...

I don't think there should be any set frequency for dates. You should both do it when you want to. If you want to see them the next day, then see them the next day. But if you're busy then there's nothing you can do about it.
Relationships should be about fun, not presure.

I tend to favour Fridays and/or Saturdays. Sundays evenings are alright, but only for someone I REALLY like, or I'd prefer to rot at home awaiting Mondays Blues!
I am just not a weekday date person

Once a week, at the start. Unless it is getting serious, then maybe twice a week. Unless you live close, so you can pop round for a bowl of sugar when you feel the need ;-)

I always thought Sunday night is not really respectful, since you can use the "have to work tomorrow" excuse to get out of the date.
