Hi,
Can anyone refer me to an English speaking Civil celebrant ?
I found a list on immigration's websites, but there is no price.
Needless to say, I am looking for a low cost celebrant.

Why not call the celebrants on that list for their prices? By the way, if you haven't already found a better lead, in the current issue of the Sai Kung free magazine there's an article about a civil celebrant officiating at the wedding of a couple who tied the knot at Hebe 101 restaurant bar in Pak Sha Wan. Maybe you could give the place a call to find out the celebrant's contact details and find out what they charged.
