Hi, I had the same problem with same exercise. I went to "sports physicians" in HK Island. www.sportsmed.hk
I cannot say whether they are good or not, but they are quite expensive. They did MRI on my shoulder and it was found that I have a partial rotator cuff torn.
As you know, if a tendon is torn, then it is and will stay so. It won't recover by itself but the pain will decrease with time. The only way to repair the tendon is operation which is not easy. It depends on your symptoms. If you can still live with that, if your pain is not dramatic, then just wait for a while. The pain reduces very slowly. It's already 6 months after my injury, I still have little pain but it decreases.
If your torn is too much, you can go for OP. But after OP you can forget about doing sports for 3-6 months.
Rotator cuff is an annoying thing. I learned my lessons and will be much more conservative during training. But what is torn, is torn, unfortunately.
I wish you good luck. Since I don't check here so often, you can write to bagci@myway.com
