I have had two rounds of nystatin and it hasn't cleared up so want to look at the root of the problem. Can anyone suggest a good nutritionist?

You can try Dr. Lynn Lim. I've just been to see her for allergies and have been put on liver detox before I go for allergy testing. After the detox, I have to do the Anticandida diet for 8 weeks. Phone: 2121 1402

Have you tried a Yeast free diet? And take the Candida Clear (NOW brand).... it works wonderfully, and you will see a huge difference in one course.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have already put myself on a yeast free diet, well three days now so i will see how it goes. Katetam, where can i get Candida Clear. I have had a look in the a few health shops today but didn't come across it. I have been reading up on candida and apart from the womens things i don't seem to have any other symptons like rashes etc. but i do keep getting a severe snotty cold about once a month which lasts about 2 weeks and am wondering if this is a sympton too? Or maybe its just cause my immune system is a bit low at the mo.

If you don't have other symptoms, you might just need vitamin C and B complex and exercise, and sleep more to boost up your immune system. I was getting colds/flus once a month too since Dec -March.... it took 3 weeks to heal... then I would catch the next one.....

I had too little sleep and was under stress..... now I have been taking "Emergen-C" 1000mg packets....daily.... touch wood, I feel SO much better.

But the Candida Clear can't hurt you ! If you eat lots of sweets, starch and with the spit test in the morning.... you most likely can benefit from doing 1 course. I have to do it annually......

No,am planning to go sometime this week and get started on it. I have upped my daily intake of vitamin c and my cold only lasted just over a week this time so thats a definite improvement. My biggest sympton is the vaginal discharge, it ruins your sex life!!
