good paediatric surgeon for hernia op

Who are the most experienced paediatric surgeons in Hong Kong to carry out a hernia operation on a 3 year old?
I know it is a standard operation but I would like some recommendations of people who have used the surgeons for their children.

I would worry less about the surgeon and more about the anesthesiologist.

Just about any surgeon can do the surgery. The anesthesia is relatively simple for a 3 year old (vs a one year old) but if there is anything that can go wrong, it's more likely the anesthesia than the surgery.
