Pls help me on this...
i am always expecting pains on the frist day of my period but what happened to me last week is the most painful one that my manager asked me to go to the nearest hospital cause i almost faint then, i went there and the doctor did asked me if i'm pregnant, (i never got worry getting pregnant cause i am married) but that time i don't know if i am and considering that i am having my period that time they suggest then to check it for me, after the check-up they gave me a medicine and said that it's just a one normal pain during periods and i forgot to asked them what is the result of the pregnancy test, the next day my period is not normal which is 2nd or 3rd day should be a heavy flow for me but it's like my last day no more blood but just mere brown stain, i bought then a pregnancy tester but result is negative, i don't know what to do now, january is over and that should be my mens time. Pls help if you also had experienced like this, thank you in advance.

Fifi,
You are definitely not pregnant if they tested you at the hospital (even if they didn't mention the negative result). If you had tested positive, they would have given you more advice.
It sounds like you have problems though, you should see a doctor (not at the hospital). Maybe try the family planning clinic (I know there is one in Wanchai) and hopefully they can advise you.
Don't ignore this change, it could require treatment or medication.
Good Luck.

fifi2007, I don't know if you'll read this because it is a month since you posted. I suffered similar pains for a VERY long time so I'm hoping that I can help.
I would get really bad periods every month and only on the first day too - rather the first half a day.
When I was in my early 20s, the dr prescribed birth control pills. Those helped A LOT.
I stopped it at the age of 26 because we wanted to have kids and we successfully conceived a daughter. I threw away my birth control pills because I didn't want them to affect my hormones and we wanted a second child.
Without the birth control pills, my period pains got progressively worse up until today. We tried for a year to get pregnant and it didn't work so I consulted a gynae. I was told that I have endometriosis.
Endometriosis is a condition where some of the blood gets backed up into your system instead of just flowing out of your body. To help ease the pain, patients are usually prescribed birth control pills. Sometimes a very minor surgery is needed to remove the scarring of blood so that your periods won't be sooo painful.
I'm not saying you have this but I'm sure that if you speak to your gynae, they'll be able to help you.
Good luck.
