Pregnancy termination in Guangzhou

My girlfriend is seeking a termination. She is Chinese. I want to choose the best hospital in Guangzhou to get this done.

I am concerned about safety, methods, aftercare, and bedside manner in that order. I googled 'Guangzhou abortion' and some things I read did not inspire great confidence in the doctors that work in some local hospitals.

Something that concerns me particularly is that although my quick internet research suggests future fertility should not be affected, Chinese doctors seem to say the opposite. Why??

Has anyone had a termination in Guangzhou? Can anyone advise me on a reliable hospital?

Any advice much appreciated.

Wouldn't it be best to talk with a doctor in one of the expat clinic? It's not like they've never seen these things, and it seems they would know the best places to go. Is travel to HK or BKK a possibility? I had an emergency D & C at #1 People's Hospital several years ago. I would not recommend it. No anesthesia, among other things.
