bad keloid from c-section

have posted in pregnancy forum but will repeat here. my keloid has really become bad and is very itchy and hard. it's so uncomfortable sometimes. silcone gels have not worked. not an option to cut it out yet. but what if anything works to relieve the discomfort??

An injection of steroid into the wound will work. Also might want to try cortisone ointment.
