Health check for Domestic Helper

Can anybody recommend a clinic or a doctor for a health check for DH? How much does that cost?

anya - did you try to ask your helper? mine said she always uses the same (not sure where, i can ask her if you would like_) - so she just went off and did it and brought the paperwork to us...

Its a new helper i'm hiring, i didnt ask her. but if you dont mind asking yours, i'll appreciate it a lot.
