It may be caused by a misalignment in the hip. using pain is associated with overuse from a muscloskeletal overload. Poor bio-mechanics. The chondroitin helps but get the hip alignment sorted. Cheers Chris

WW he clearly said knee pain when bending the knee. probably miniscus or ligament problen and need to get it checked. Clocusamine and chondroitin are useful but he still needs it to be checked by an orthopedic

Taking that type of medication normally suggests internal joint or cartilage problems, saying that without look and testing the range of motions its impossible to diagnose. Both replies have their merets but finally even if you are pain free, go see an orthopedc specialist.

Hi, we found an ororthopedc clinic located right next to Jordon MTR. http://www.cor.com.hk Consultation costs is reasonable which is HK$500. They have xray and therapy services provided in the clinic too so you can see ur xray there and then. Xray costs HK$160 each. I would highly recommed this clinic , they have 4 doctors there! We went to see Paul Tse. By the way, my knee is ok!
