Cough - Unknown Reason

My mom has been coughing for 2 years and lately its getting serious with her going in/out of the QM.
All Testing for heart and lungs are of no problem but heart maybe abit weak.. One doc said Potassium cause it, One doc said High Cholesterol pills cost it, one doc said its because of her heart.
One doc blame a doctor for giving my mother Inhaler.. The last doc said dont know the cause but cannot be cured... Please help me.. if I will bring her to the Private Hospital.. any idea how much I will spend so I can apply for a loan or something. She is now very suicidal.....

Sorry to hear that your mom is suicidal. I think you should think out of the box and try alternative therapy such as Chinese medicine, since you ave ruled out all possibilities within the modality. Coughing is not only a disease, it is also a symptom that can be associated with many other cause. Other medical modalities may have different explanations.
I know a case study about a chronic coughing case similar to your moms'. The patient had high blood pressure and the tongue coating is white and slippery. The patient was healed with the help of both western drug and Chinese herbal medicine.

If your mother is on medication for high blood pressure or her heart, then you might be looking at a side effect of that medication. It is well known that a group of these medications causes an annoying cough. Ask your GP or pharmacist to check that she is not on any medications that have a side effect of coughing. If she is, ask them to trial an alternative.
