Does anyone know where I can get a flu shot pls. I've checked over 20 clinics and none of them have stocks.

You can call Dr David Stirling's office in Central. I belive he still has some left.

Instead of searching for flue shots how about putting that energy into into making your immune system so strong (naturally) that you will never catch anything again!! But if you are happy to support the pharmacutical companies and risk unknown side effects go for it!!! Take control of your health and life, try nature first! empower your selves!!

I agree with deena, those shot only last 6 months and new flu virus will be developed and you will need another shot continuously.

No one can make their "...immune system so strong that you will never catch anything again." in my opinion.

Ruth I believe you can have a naturally strong immune system that you wont catch any virus again, but it takes a whole new approach to your life it is a holistic approach, that takes a great love and respect for yourself and your health for it to work. We don't have to be sick. Believe in your own abilities to make your self happy and healthy!!

I agree with Ruth. Sometimes it doesn't really matter how much you take care of your self. When the virus hit you it will hit you!!! I said, sometimes. But nevertheless, eating healthy food is also helpful.
