You can try the Secret Garden, g/f of the Hutchinson House. They used to do deliveries aswell. I think the set lunches are around $100-$160. We used to go there all the time.

secret garden is excellent but not 'inexpensive'

there's another one on des voeux road central. my korean friend always brings me there for lunch. you walk from world wide house towards sheung wan and it's on the right side after about 50-80 meters; 2/f

There is also one in causeway bay in times square which is excellent, don't know the name though

Causeway Bay -- across from Sogo, there is Miga. Definitely not in Central, though.
