Where is Blue Bar?

The best place is a small bar in SOHO. I forget the name and address - but can easily find it. One block west of (the very good) Cenacolo restaurant.

Also some very good Jazz on offer from time to time at the bar across from Joyce is not here (same owners) 44 Peel St Soho.
