Some restaurants in soho offer 2 for 1 on mondays when the trainee chefs cook. Fair enough, good deal for some but not really what some others want. But there are places where they charge full prices even when it's the trainee chefs cooking -- went to Coast on Hollywood Road on a monday and it was just food that wasn't raw or cold, not much cooking to speak of. Very disappointed. Your thoughts?
