will be her last birthday party in HK...that wont break the bank.
Cant have at home as live in a small apartment. She is very outdoorsy and loves animals-
Any ideas??

If you have access to a pool , how about a swimming party? or why not the beach? Order Pizzas, all kids love the beach, organize some games if needed. If you live in HK side, why not hold it at Peak park? Awesome place, you can organise a treasure hunt, have outdoor games.
