can anyone tell me about how much approx it would cost to open up a small pub for only drinks in soho area ? and also what are the procedures required?

No idea. Check with a property agent. The main cost is going to be the rent. iw ould assume the monthly rent would be in the HK$200,000 per month area but that's just a guess. Speak to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, if they can't help- you they should be able to point you in the right direction. I assume you'll have to get a license, have toilets and fire exit. Again, this is just a guess.

Yes, rent deposit is 3 times monthly rent. Agent fee 1/2 month. Water electric depsosits about 26k. Fitting out depends on size & quality. Figure low-end $250/sqf, high $800/sqf. License figure 2-3 months after application. Better have $1million
