Brunch Buffet for vegetarians?

My gf's birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, and she is vegetarian. Usually, she is happy to pick around the meat when we go to the Marriott for Sunday Brunch, but I would like to find a restaurant that offers an especially nice selection of vegetarian dishes for a lavish Sunday (or Saturday) buffet. Anyone have any recommendations?
