Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to this forum. Hope this is the right place to post this question!
I'm a full-time editor based in London and am currently writing a novel based in Hong Kong as a personal project. Without going into too much detail about the plot, I need to find out as much as I can about the British expat community in HK... The character I have in mind is a single, successful British professional (maybe a lawyer) in his mid-40s. What would someone who fits this profile do in HK? Where would he hang out? How much would he make? What would his job title be?
This is a genuine question for a real project. Thank you in advance for your help.
