Small No Frills bar/clubs to hire in HK

Hi! I'm looking to hire a small venue for loudish music and dancing. It doesn't need to be pretty (in fact the more scummy the better!) and it can be anywhere in HK. Most importantly, it needs to be relatively small. 200 people max i'd say.
