urgent help about vaccine

my daughter is 4 months old and on thursday she got DTap-IPV vaccine and PVC vaccine short same time. since Friday afternoon she been constant crying like 3 hours non stop and crying is so loud and she didn't taking any milk also, she got exhausted and slept. fews hours pass by then night same episode happen till 3am again she tired of crying and slept without any feeding, when you hold and stand she stops cry for a while when hold her and sit or lay her on bed she start crying and also drinking milk less. its like in past 24 hours she had cry more then 8 hours. i was thinking to take her last night 3 am to hospital to check up but i didn't
is this normal reaction after vaccine.

some children react badly to the vaccine. if it's just crying, i wouldn't worry about it. if she has a high fever, then i would take her to the doctor.

As cara says some kids react badly. If you're unsure, you can always call the doctor's office and have a chat with the nurse.

i think u should definitely take her to the doc, there can be different reactions to the vaccine, maybe she's experencing too much pain hence perhaps needs panadol...

Watch out with the Panadol. Recent studies suggest that Paracetamol/Acetaminophen taken around vaccinations may reduce the effect.

Definitely call the doc's office.
